- How long does it take for orders to ship and then get to me?
Once you have submitted your order and you receive an accurate confirmation, your order will be processed and shipped within 5 business days. It will then take up to 1-5 business days to ship, from Illinois to it's destination zip, via UPS Ground.
- How much do you charge for shipping?
Rates begin at $10 for UPS Ground, $18 for UPS 2nd Day Air, and $35 for Next Day Air and go up depending on order size.
- Will you ship to an international address other than Canada?
No
- Will you ship to PO, APO, FPO address?
No, we use UPS for shipping which cannot deliver to these boxes.
- I prefer to place my order via the phone, is this option available?
Yes, you may place your order via the phone. Our customer service number is (847) 783-5900 x117. Please have your MasterCard or Visa ready, and the product number you wish to purchase.
- What kind of warranty do Panther Vision products come with?
All Panther vision Products come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear to fabric on our hats or batteries on any of our products. If your product fails for any covered defect, send your product (postage paid) to Waters Industries, Inc. 213 West Main St. West Dundee, IL 60118. Include $4.95 for shipping and handling for the replacement ($7.95 for work lights).
- Can I buy your products at retail?

- Can I become a distributor or reseller of Panther Vision Products?

- I am an embroiderer or Promotional Products Company. Can I buy product for my business?

- How do I clean my hat?
Remove batteries and gentle hand wash with a damp cloth using a mild or diluted detergent. Hang dry, once dry replace batteries. DO NOT SUBMERGE hat in water or machine wash/dry.
- What colors and styles are the hats available in?
Various colors and styles are available. See drop down menu on website.
- How do I replace the batteries in my hat?
Fold Back Sweatband and remove batteries from battery holder. Replace old batteries with fresh CR-2032 Coin Cell batteries.
- How do I replace the batteries in Panther Vision products other than hats?
Remove the screws and remove the lid from the bottom portion of the lighting unit. Each lighting unit requires two 2032 (CR or DL) batteries, which need to be placed with the (+) side face down.
