Hassle Free Warranty

All our products are backed by a limited lifetime warranty which means you can count on our products to perform when you need them.

What does this mean for you? It´s simple; a limited lifetime warranty means that if any of our products ever fail due to defects in workmanship or materials*, we will replace the item free of charge (just pay shipping and handling).

How to submit something for warranty replacement:

  1. Send the item pre-paid to:

  2. Include a note explaining the defect.
  3. Include your return shipping address and phone number (in case we need to contact you to discuss the issue)
  4. Enclose a Check for $4.95 shipping and handling (except work lights: $7.95 due to it’s size)
  5. We will send you a replacement (in the event that we no longer have that model or color, we will send you a comparable model or color)

* Please note:

  • Normal wear and tear (i.e., tears or wear marks on the fabric of hats, scratches in the plastic of safety glasses, etc.) are not covered under this warranty.
  • Batteries are not covered under this warranty
  • Intentional abuse or damage to the product is also not covered under this warranty.
Return/Exchange Policy

Returns

Return policy is ONLY for products which were purchased through Panther Vision, either by phone or on the website.

Item(s) should be sent back PREPAID, as originally purchased. Please include a copy of invoice or order confirmation with a note stating why you returning the product(s). Shipping & Handling WILL NOT be refunded. Also, there is a $4.95 return processing fee which can be deducted from the purchase price of the item(s) and the balance credited to the credit card, or a check can be sent with the item(s) made out to Waters Industries, Inc.

Your credit card will be credited after our full inspection of the returned item(s) within 2 weeks.

Exchanges

Products may be exchanged by sending the item(s) to us PREPAID, as originally purchased- all packaging included. Please include a copy of the invoice or order confirmation, along with a note stating the item(s) you wish in exchange. If the new product costs more than the one being sent back, please send a check for the difference, and include the $4.95 processing/re-stock fee in the total. Checks can be made out to Waters Industries, Inc. Depending on stock availability, the item(s) will ship back out in 1-5 business days. All of our caps are blank; there will be no caps available with embroidery.
