How to submit something for warranty replacement:
- Send the item pre-paid to: Panther Vision 213 West Main St. West Dundee, IL 60118
- Include a note explaining the defect.
- Include your return shipping address and phone number (in case we need to contact you to discuss the issue).
* Please note:
- Normal wear and tear (i.e., tears or wear marks on the fabric of hats, scratches in the plastic of safety glasses, etc.) are not covered under this warranty.
- Batteries are not covered under this warranty
- Intentional abuse or damage to the product is also not covered under this warranty.
